With over twenty years' experience, Simon is renowned for hair styling and his perfectionsist's eye for classic hair with a contemporary edge. After opening SESH in 2004, Simon has worked both in the salon whilst simultaneously establishing himself within the hairdressing industry. Simon has finalised for Scottish Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards and often appears on stage to showcase editorial looks at shows including the Scottish Hair and Beauty Show. When not in the salon creating show stopping precision cuts or luxurious blow dry's, Simon can be found at weddings across the country creating timeless, elegant bridal hair.

As Creative Director, Emma brings 20 years’ experience to each and every client style plus the industry’s most coveted qualification – Wella Professionals Master Colour Expert. An excellent listener, Emma dedicates time to consultation; ensuring the finished result – from light trim to full restyle – is truly exceptional.

With a track record that stretches over 30 years, Marc is a respected industry veteran. A truly gifted Creative Director, Marc specialises in techniques such as classic blow dries; perfect for clients looking for a timeless look in the comfort of a welcoming, cosmopolitan salon.

Working through the SESH ranks, Rebecca joined us in 2000 and has worked her way up to Director level. Completing the Wella Master Colour Expert Program in 2018, Rebecca is renowned for her incredible freehand colour skills. Creating super soft, natural colours is Rebecca’s favourite, but she also loves to create a bold colour palate featuring bright coppers or pinks. Clients say that Rebecca makes them feel instantly at home and leaving the salon feeling like a million dollars.

Starting at Sesh over 10 years ago, Laureen is a safe pair of hands, producing consistent cuts and colours every time. Highly experienced in the technical facets of hairdressing, Laureen is a preferred Senior Stylist for clients with a set vision for their hair.

Working her way through our SESH training programme and completing her apprenticeship with us, Taylor qualified as a salon stylist in 2015 at just 18 years old. Bright and bubbly, Taylor is known for creating stunning balayage's and root melts using freehand colouring techniques for a natural finish. Pair this with Taylor’s signature beachy waves and your hair dreams are sure to come true.

Ashleigh joined us in 2019 after working as a hairdresser and travelling around Australia and New Zealand. Originally from Scotland, Ashleigh completed her apprenticeship in the UK and has an incredible knowledge of global trends and techniques from her time spent travelling. Always up for a challenge, Ashleigh loves a complete colour transformation or to refresh your signature look.

The newest member of our SESH family, Lauren has over eighteen years of experience in the hairdressing industry. Lauren loves all aspects of hairdressing especially precision cutting sharp bobs and detailed styles. Lauren excels at colouring as well as styling; there’s nothing that Lauren doesn’t love to do. For Lauren the best thing about her job is seeing that big smile at the end of an appointment, knowing clients look and feel better than when they came in through the door.
